Lovely pousada on the banks of river Jacuípe and very close to the beautiful Barra do Jacuípe beach, Bahia, Brazil.

This Eco-friendly pousada has 4 bedrooms, all en-suite, with split air conditioning and ceiling fans. Sliding mosquito screens make the upstairs large rooms extra airy. Added comfort with powerful solar heated showers and hot water on basins.
A gate at the bottom of the garden leads to a great river beach.

Eco-Rio Lodge is close to Salvador, many beautiful beaches and charming resorts as well as nature reserves and the ruins of a castle.

Location & Transportation

We are on the banks of river Jacuípe, inside a 'condomínio' with 24 hour security, in a beautiful and safe fishing village surrounded by green. A gate at the bottom of the garden leads to a great river beach.

The area is surrounded by fantastic beaches, including the local beach of Barra do Jacuípe which is only about 15 minutes walk at low tide and 25 minutes walk at high tide (5 minutes by bike, 1 minute by car).
